During lunch, our menu focuses on Kyoto Kamo duck soba.
For dinner, Amane transforms into a Kyoto style izakaya.
The menu offers several enjoyable Kamo and seasonal dishes alike.
“Amane” Specializing in Kyoto Kamo Soba
In Japanese “Kamo” means “duck”.
For first time customers, Amane highly recommends the “Kamo Soba” (served warm).
Our unique Kyoto style dashi is prepared, every morning, using Kombu (Sea kelp) and
dried bonito shavings. For dinner, the kitchen meticulously prepares a wide range of
Kamo dishes; as well as seasonal dishes. All are offered on the a-la-carte menu.
Amene’s sake list consists of select sake from throughout Japan which pairs well with
the dishes.
